Meet Greg Alexander
Greg Alexander has dedicated his professional life to helping owners of boutiques. He spent a decade leading his own boutique, SBI, which he sold for nine figures. Then, he founded Collective 54 to bring together founders and leaders of boutiques to help each other grow, scale and exit bigger and faster.
His second in command Jeff Klaumann, who was also on camera teaching throughout the course. Greg is arguably the world’s leading expert in sales effectiveness in the professional services industry.
Collective 54 serves a mastermind community of 300+ members.
CHALLENGE

Greg and his leadership had no idea how to approach creating a companion course to go along with their book, which has now become like the Bible of their growing mastermind community.
His goal is to expand revenue and retain their existing members, by gifting his newest book “The Founder’s Bottleneck” and introducing them to the companion course work to support their ongoing program and create new group coaching opportunities.

They chose our team based primarily on our learning design and production expertise, and implemented our Book to Course Accelerator to develop courses for 2 books (The Boutique + The Founder Bottleneck).
Both books are written in a punchy, to-the-point style and intended to be a quick read. Each chapter featured a yes no checklist that provided awareness around the topic. As we know, knowledge without action is ineffective, and ultimately only does so much for the reader.
Full program set to release December 2022 as the catalyst to their anticipated growth to 1000+ members.
